ProfilGate, a German engineered solution for automatic wheel and footwear cleaning in production and logistics facilities, is now part of Lumitron’s offering.
Lumitron, a member of the Comtal Group, has been appointed as the official representative in Israel for HEUTE Maschinenfabrik GmbH. As part of this role, Lumitron will provide full project support including system specification, installation, and ongoing service for ProfilGate deployments.
The system uses floor level brush grids that activate whenever people, carts, or industrial vehicles pass over them. Cleaning takes place continuously, without electricity, without manual operation, and without interrupting workflow. ProfilGate requires minimal maintenance and adapts easily to different floor conditions and site layouts.
Installed at hundreds of facilities worldwide in the pharmaceutical, food, electronics, and logistics sectors, ProfilGate is recognized as part of the industrial environmental control market valued at ten billion dollars and expected to reach fourteen billion dollars by 2030.
By introducing HEUTE’s technology to Israel, Lumitron enables manufacturers and logistics centers to significantly improve hygiene levels, reduce contamination risks, and support safer, cleaner industrial environments.
