Comtal operates in a LEED GOLD certified building

Comtal's headquarters, Intergreen 1, has received international green building certification

Comtal Group is proud to operate from Intergreen 1, an advanced office building that has recently been awarded LEED GOLD certification. The LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification is one of the highest levels of recognition offered by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC).

Certification is awarded to buildings that adhere to environmental sustainability, energy and water efficiency, eco-friendly materials, and a healthy and high-quality work environment.

The building features the following key features:

  • Energy-efficient lighting and HVAC systems
  • Use certified green construction materials
  • A design that allows abundant natural light to enter
  • Improved indoor air quality and comfort for occupants
  • Providing access to sustainable practices and providing support

As certified as LEED GOLD, Intergreen 1 joins a select group of buildings around the world with LEED GOLD certification, including the Empire State Building, Facebook headquarters, and London’s Crystal, all of which combine forward-looking design and environmental responsibility.

Having a LEED GOLD certified building reflects Comtal’s values as excellence, innovative, and environmentally responsible organization.
